EEEERMMMM MAAAAH GAAAWDDDD

I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN WAITING 500 HUNDRED YEARS FOR THIS BOOK!!

No, really I have. HOWEVER, I was so freaking happy when I saw it on my kindle. FINALLY!

God, I've missed everyone in this wonderful lunar world!

Okay, I loved this book and I probably shouldn't have to type that out but I did. I mean.. come on. How could I not fall in love with book 2?

Iko is still a bad ass. Steele is still a crazy wolf hybrid in my mind and needs to stop thinking the worst of Cinder. CINDER AND KAI ARE FREAKING ADORABLE STILL. Wolf and Scar are also equally adorable. Sadly, I wanted more of Thorne and Cree. Can't forget my girl Winter, who I still love dearly.

The story flowed better than the first one. I think the drawing was a step down, like a little one guys. I still enjoyed ALL of this book. Oh, and I can't forget the steam rising between Iko and Kinney. Okay, little steam clouds because honestly I wanted more from them.

I'm sad it's over but super happy that it's on my kindle forever and ever. I will reread it over and over again.

PS. I really want more from the lunar world.

Wires and Nerve Volume 2 Gone Rogue Marissa Meyer Stephen Gilpin Books Reviews

I loved this book!!! I think she needs to just write more so we can see what happens with Iko more. I love the entire Lunar Chronicles and I need to reread the now.
I am not usually a graphic novel reader, but the first wire and nerves was very good, so I had to try this one. It was amazing! The story was perfectly paced and included all of my favorite characters. If you enjoy Marissa Meyer's books, this is a must read!
Was waiting anxiously for this, the ending (I guess?) to Iko's story. Didn't disappoint! But I think I'll purchase an actual book version, as I don't like having to manipulate the page each time on my as I'm reading.
*Original review on Goodreads and My Blog*

I loved this book so much. I have loved these two graphic novels. I wish Marissa would make more of them! Maybe she will =)

If you loved the Cinder world you will this graphic novel and the first one!

Happy Reading!

Mel ♥
Usually when a author goes back to a old story it doesn't go well, I usually end up wishing the author had just let it be and not messed with a already great thing, but this time I was pleasantly surprised! This is a lovely little story, a simple side quest surrounding a much loved character. It adds a little to the original story and ties up some loose ends without seeming like the authors after thought. Would DEFINITELY recommend to any TLC fans.
I'm sure I've said it before, buuuuuut, I REALLY REALLY LOVE THESE BOOKS, AND THIS WORLD, AND THESE CHARACTERS WHO I HAVE ALL ADOPTED AS MY CHILDREN.
I'm so happy, sad if this is really the end of it all.
Not to be a total cheeseball, but as I got down to the last 20 pages or so, I got tears in my eyes and such a warm fuzzy feeling because I knew it was ending and it was just so good.
Alpha Steele was the biggest tool in the universe. Nothing new there.
But what really got me in this, was the fact that FOR A SECOND I STRAIGHT UP THOUGHT THAT WOLF BABY HAD SWITCHED SIDES OR WAS ACTUALLY ANGRY AND I WAS SO STRESSED AND MY HEART WAS A LITTLE BROKEN but thank goodness that got cleared up.
But honestly, I started doubting he had ulterior motives, I thought he really was believing was Lysander was saying and it really wounded me and my heart would start beating really really fast and it was too much I just wasn't sure what I did to deserve that.
Iko is still totally bad a** and I just love that girly.
And I just really loved this so much and loved all of it from the beginning and I'm sad to see it ending (if it is... totally not opposed to ANYTHING extra we get like spin-offs, bonuses, and extra extra epilogues or shorts)
P.S. though, it's exciting to see a series ALL the way through, to the end, and I'm very proud of myself and this greatness.
This was a well done wrap-up to the Wires and Nerve series. It was fun to see all my favorite characters again. The story was a bit slow but decent. This wraps up the storyline started in the first volume about the Rogue werewolves.

The illustration style isn't my favorite; it's all in blue tones and is pretty simple. It is easy to follow though, and adds a lot to the story.

Overall this was a fun read that I enjoyed. It wraps up the story nicely and was good great addition to the overall Lunar Chronicles world. Fans of the Lunar Chronicles should definitely check our Nerves and Wires. I am still not a huge fan of the illustration style but it was easy to follow.
