Seized by love at Seaside, the first of the Ryder books is Blue and Lizzie’s story. We have met them briefly before this book and now it’s finally time for their story. It was great to get back to the Cape.
I finished this book a few hours ago and I highly recommend it. What’s not to love about the 6’3”, dark haired, blue eyed, sexy, trustworthy, panty melting, craftsman, named Blue Ryder? He is the perfect match for the beautiful, creative, selfless, loving, florist and Naked Baker, Lizzie Barber. Lizzie has been turning Blue down each time he asked her on a date for a year. She is afraid that he will find out about her being the Naked Baker. Thankfully Blue doesn’t give up easily and Lizzie agrees to go on a date with him.
Addison Cole is a wonderful writer; she once again draws you into her character’s lives. While reading this book my heart physically hurt at times for what they were going through. Oh, and I always knew I loved lists, but I love them even more now.

nice read, fun and entertaining.
Loved the conviction to family. The love story that was inevitable kept me captured from the beginning. With a little secret twist, this book was a definite page turner.
I couldn’t put the book down once I started it. It was exciting and leaves you hanging on the edge for the next scene to happen. I’d recommend this to all of my reader friends it was a great book.
They keep getting better. The ups the downs the lows the highs...oh my! Read this and you won't regret it!
I can't leave enough about this series. The characters are not just falling in love they go thru some trial and tribulations. Blue and Lizzie are no exception. To see love evolve and how it deals with the challenges. There's also some family dynamics one must face.
Like I've said in other reviews once you read first book you have to see what happens with the next couple.
I felt so bad for Lizzie having to keep her secret from everybody in order to help support her sister, but I understood why she did. Once her secret came out, nothing would be the same for her or Blue. In previous books where Blue appeared I had always hoped that he'd get a story. He is such a sweetheart and I wanted him to find his happily ever after. I wish though that the original characters from the first four books had more of an impact in this book as well.
The chemistry between Lizzie and Blue is off the charts yet their love is still sweet. I love how supportive he is and how Lizzie is able to open up and trust him like she’s never trusted anyone else.
Blue is the kind of boyfriend everyone dreams of. Strong; emotionally and physically. The kind of guy who stands by his girl no matter what.
Lizzie is every girl since the creation of time....Insecure about the things no one knows about her.
Together they are fabulous and are able to overcome all with the strength of their feelings for each other.
